The tennis players who are participating in the 2025 WTA 125 Suzhou Open that is scheduled in SIP from Sept 27 to Oct 5 enjoyed a cruise tour on Jinji Lake on the evening of the opening day of the event.

The girls from around the globe boarded the cruise ship at the Moon Pier. On the upper deck of the cruise, they enjoyed the night views along both shores of the lake, and then watched the performance of a widely acclaimed episode from “The Peony Pavilion”, a classic work of Kunqu opera, soon captivated by the melodic singing and elegant movements of the performers.

After that, they returned to the deck to enjoy the fantastic water and light show of the Jinji Lake Music Fountain.

According to the organizing committee of the 2025 WTA 125 Suzhou Open, other cultural events will take place in tandem with the tennis tournaments.
