The third phase of Sungent I-Base in SIP’s Shengpu Sub-district will soon come into operation. The project was developed with the sub-district’s collective assets and constructed by Sungent Industry, a member of SIP-based comprehensive real estate developer Sungent Group which will serve as its operator. It demonstrates a market-oriented approach of preserving and increasing the value of collective assets, with profits to be reinvested into local development.

The project consists of six high-rise and one multi-storey manufacturing buildings along with supporting vehicle platforms, with a total floor area of 168,000 square meters. The innovative “multi-ground-floor” design with freight ramps connecting buildings effectively solves challenges in vertical logistics.

The project focuses on attracting businesses engaged in advanced industries like high-end equipment manufacturing, healthcare and new materials.
