The main structure of a multi-storey automobile exhibition facility that is being built in SIP’s Jinji Lake CBD was roofed recently.

The project, located in the northwestern part of Yangcheng Digital Valley, is developed and constructed by SCSUN FUND MGMT, a joint establishment by SIP-based Sungent Group and Shenzhen Capital Group Co Ltd (SCGC), a venture capital firm headquartered in Shenzhen, a city in South China’s Guangdong province.

With a total floor area of over 100,000 square meters, the project will integrate product exhibition, sales and after-sales services. It will be the first of its kind in Suzhou.

The facility is scheduled to come into operation in 2026. It will become a new landmark of the intelligent travel landscape of Suzhou and even the Yangtze River Delta.
