The continuously upgraded Jinji Lake area now looks more beautiful.

During the holiday, 20 themed boats, retrofitted traditional and smart vessels, will transform the lake shore into a floating gallery, showcasing Suzhou’s distinctive cultural elements, like gardens, intangible cultural heritage and literature.

This year, SIP has upgraded the water routes and transportation capability. Day and night lake tours, island tours and river tours in water bus, Jinji Lake Cruise, speed boat and eco-friendly boat are available for choice. Tourists can enjoy the amazing scenery of Jinji Lake and its banks in an immersive way.

For example, one can take a boat to the Taohua Island where the 2025 Jinji Lake Peach Flower Cultural Festival is going on, with water parade, concert, outdoor movie screening and lovely animals to give visitors a special travel experience.
